30 Days Easy Return & Refund Policy

At Universal Home Covers, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility:
- You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Custom-sized or personalized items may not be eligible for return (please check product page).

How to Return:
1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email within 30 days of receiving the order.
2. Share your Order Number and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you on the return process.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method (or bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa if COD).

Note:
- Return shipping charges may apply in some cases (we will inform you in advance).
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced or fully refunded at no extra cost.
